I know many would prefer to have a good ol' printed comic to read in their hands, myself included. But completely understand that going digital is really the only way to do it these days. It's actually opened it up for far more people to get their stuff out there, which can only be a good thing.

I do find it difficult to read a comic on the computer though as it hurts my eyes after a while of staring at the screen. Would like to try it with something like an ipad or kindle. From what I hear about those things people forget they're looking at a screen and feels more like you're reading a regular book.

But it would be sad not to a physical copy of Eldritch. I just like having 'things'.

I was actually contemplating taking my digital copies of Eldritch to a printing shop to get a booklet made for each issue. That is until I saw how much it would it cost......

WHOOOO, DIGITAL COMICS!!!

Oh man, I can imagine how slick a hardcover Eldritch! would look on my bookshelf. But it's a tough sell when you can't convince a publisher that they'll make their money back. If we can't sell a digital book for less then the cost of a candy bar, how are we going to recoup the cost on a $12.99 print edition?

Aaron and I even looked into self publishing. The figures were astronomical. I can only imagine what a printing shop would cost.

Its sad to hear that Eldritch! may not become a paper copy. I do love having the book to have and to hold.
If there is any chance of it being BORN into the wonderful world of material objects, I would be one of the first to snatch up a copy.
Also... if there is any chance of one large book /file we can purchase online, not having to buy separately, I would buy that also.

I share your love for print and would want nothing more then to have a slick paper edition. Sadly, with the way things are, it becomes a matter of showing a publisher that Eldritch! would be worth the money it costs to print it.

The best way to do that is to buy the single issues now, tell your friends to buy them, help us spread the word. Show that there is an audience. Tangable proof is harder to pass on, y'know.
